About the event
Description:
In our Level 1 QiGong Workshop, students learn and experience various Qigong
exercises in an atmosphere of personal experimentation. Emphasis is on the
fundamentals of “Sensing” and “Feeling” the Qi.
The workshop objective is to teach the students the fundamentals of Qigong by
exploring what qi is and going through different practices to increase the qi in the body,
